Delivery Times
Piquant Baby aims to process your orders as soon as possible provided that the items ordered are in stock.

Deliveries within Ireland & Northern Ireland

• Once your payment has been approved, and your delivery/billing address verified, Piquant Baby will dispatch your order from our Dublin offices by Fastway couriers
• Orders placed & confirmed before 12.00pm on a working day will typically be delivered by courier the next working day.
• Orders placed after 12.00pm will typically be delivered by courier within two working days.
• Orders place at weekends or on bank holidays will typically be dispatched on the next working day.

For deliveries outside of Ireland

• An Post airmail postal service will be used unless otherwise agreed
• The shipping price will be calculated on the total weight of the order, up to a maximum of 3kg
• For deliveries to Great Britain please allow 1-3 days
• For deliveries to Europe please allow 5-7days
• For International deliveries please allow up to 5 -12 days

• United Kingdom   0 -3kg An Post Airmail €30.00 maximum 1-3 days
• Europe                      0-3 kg An Post Airmail €30.00 maximum 5-7 days
• Rest of World         0-3 kg An Post Airmail €30.00 maximum 5- 12 days

United Kingdom -If you have an urgent delivery for the United Kingdom we can arrange a courier service up to 30kg which is €20 please email hello@piquantbaby.ie to arrange this.

Please be aware that while we endeavour to ensure that orders are delivered within the above time frames by choosing a reputable delivery agent, there may be situations where delivery of your order is delayed due circumstances beyond Piquant Baby’s control.

To ensure prompt delivery, it is important to provide us with the following information at time of purchase:

• Accurate and complete delivery address details including post code.
• A daytime telephone number & email address is also required in case our delivery agent needs to contact you.
• All courier delivery orders must be signed for and two delivery attempts will be made by the courier to obtain signatures. After these two attempts to deliver your order will be returned back to Piquant Baby.
• No refunds will be given for failed delivery, and any further redeliveries will incur the relevant delivery costs.

Signing for the delivery

• It is the recipient’s responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages detailed on the delivery note. Please notify us of any discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please inspect all contents of the package if the box has been damaged & make a note of any damage on the delivery note. Please email us at hello@piquantbaby.ie to inform us of damaged goods.
• Once the package has been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of the goods
• We cannot take responsibility for a lost or stolen package once it has been signed for at the specified delivery address.

Import Duties & Taxes

If you order products from our website for delivery to a country outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information. In the event that you wish to return any item, please note that import duties and local sales taxes will not be refundable by us.
